What is this article for?
When making purchases through RGS Game Shop, players can choose between two methods: direct top-up without logging in or top-up after logging into an RGS Account. However, only transactions made while logged in are saved and available in your transaction history.
Steps to view your transaction history
- Visit the RGS Game Shop website and log in using the RGS Account you used for the transaction.
- After logging in, click on your avatar icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
- In the dropdown menu, select Transaction History.
- The transaction history page will display detailed information, including:
- Top-up package name
- Transaction ID
- Amount paid
- Date and time of transaction
- Status (Successful / Failed)
