From the Help Center:
- Visit https://support.rgsgame.com
- Click the “SUBMIT A TICKET” button at the bottom of the screen
- Fill in the fields of the form and submit the ticket. Before you submit the ticket please include the following details in the description so our customer service agents can assist you better
- Screenshot of the payment receipt
- Game name (e.g., The Moonlit Oath)
- Character name and server
- Name of the package or item purchased
- Platform used (RGS Game Shop)
From within a RGS ONLINE game:
- Click on the widget and access the “Support”
- Additionally, look out for the Customer Service button on the login page and in the game
- These buttons will lead you to the Help Center and you can follow the steps above to continue
After submitting your ticket, you will receive an email confirmation. Additionally, you can manage your support tickets when you login on the Help Center
