How to Update on iOS Devices
Method 1: Update Through the In-Game Prompt
- When entering the game, tap the Update prompt.
- You will be redirected to the App Store.
- Tap Update to download the new version.
Method 2: Update Directly from the App Store
- Open the App Store.
- Search for the game “The Moonlit Oath”.
- Tap Update or Download to install the latest version.
How to Update on Android Devices
The Android update includes performance and stability optimizations.
- A pop-up will appear in-game indicating that an update is available.
- Tap the prompt to begin downloading the new resource package.
- Once the installation completes, the game will automatically restart and apply the new resources.
Important Reminder
This update includes a significant number of package optimizations.
To ensure a smooth and successful update, please review the information below:
Required Storage Space
During the update process, the system performs package download, file extraction, and installation, which requires additional temporary storage beyond the update size.
- Total temporary storage required during update: ~17GB (This includes download + extraction + installation files)
- Final storage used after the update completes: ~7GB (Temporary processing files are automatically removed after installation)
iOS Storage Advisory
iOS devices may require more free space than the listed update size, due to how the system handles file extraction and installation. If you encounter issues updating, please free up additional storage and try again.
Network Connection
To avoid interruptions or corrupted installations:
- Please update using a stable Wi-Fi connection whenever possible.
- Avoid unstable or mobile data networks during the update process.
