Common Reasons for Account Loss
- You played using Guest Login and didn’t bind your account
- You changed devices without binding your account
- You forgot your login email or password
- You linked your RGS account to a different Google or Facebook account
- You lost access to your Google or Facebook account
- You encountered an error during login or account recovery
What can you do?
If you used a Guest Account or you changed devices without binding your account
Guest account data is stored locally on your device and is not recoverable. Unfortunately if you lose your device or your game data is deleted, there is no way for us to recover it.
We understand your frustrations but we hope you use this opportunity to create a new account and continue supporting Moonlit Oath.
If you forgot your login password
Try the following steps:
- On the login screen, choose the email login method
- Tap “Forgot Password?” to reset your password
- Enter your email and click continue
- An email will be sent to you with a verification code
- Fill in your new password with the verification code to change your password
If you have multiple Google or Facebook accounts
Try the following steps:
- On the login screen, choose the Google or Facebook option
- Make sure you select the account that is bound to your RGS Account
If you lost access to your Google or Facebook Accounts
If you lost access to your Google or Facebook account, please visit the respective websites and try to recover your account there.
Still unable to recover your account?
Please send a support request with the following information:
- The type of account you used (Google / Facebook / Email)
- Your Character ID and Server Name (if known)
- Approximate date of account creation or last login
- Any purchase receipt or screenshots related to the lost account
- The display name or nickname used in-game
